No Cancellation
The membership fee of ₹2,100 is non-refundable once payment is completed[cite: 99].
Cancellation is not permitted since the assured gift and draw entry are part of the benefits[cite: 102].
Exceptions
Defective Products: Replacement will be provided for defective gift delivery[cite: 101].
Failed Payments: If amount is deducted but payment fails, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days[cite: 103].
